I would definetily be interested in a healthy blue spot, we just had a bad storm come through and knocked our power out so now it's generator time, which basically sucks
We have them quite often out where I am at and they don't seem to hurry to fix it. Ours was out for 5 hrs yesterday morning but all the fishes are good.:D A little concerned with no water flow that long.

Yea it's pretty common where I live out in the middle of no where haha, this was a pretty big storm and it usualy takes awhile for the power company to get out in the country where I live. Ohwell I wanted to work all night to make electricity haha

Speechless at this tank... did you do this all your self or any professional help?

Thanks, and nope did it all myself, heck building them is the funnest part haha

Well its been awhile since I have put any kind of updates on here, but I have actually gotten allot done on my setup, I have added some more livestock - 2 small brown banded sharks, and a 2.5 ft zebra moray eel.
As for equipment I added a reefkeeper elite so I can monitor my paramaters remotely from my phone, a couple web cams, and I also received my custom built aquaripure nitrate filter, the filter is 6ft and should roughly do the work of a 300 gallon water change weekly. I still do regular water changes, but this makes the work load allot easier and if I miss a water change its not the end of the world. Here are a few pics of the equipment and the room is almost done, flooring gets laid tomorrow. I got the garage door wall rebuilt and resided the outside, all the paneling is done and painted on the walls, I did a tongue and groove ceiling which took about 3 days and then spent about a day trimming all the room and aquarium out. I should have some more pics next week when the room is finished.
