if you put your filters on the new tank and then stop the bioload (by not adding fish) you are going to starve the BB living in the filters..
the bioload from "10 small feeders" is nowhere near enough to keep the BB alive.. they handle bioload of your pbass and your aro..

if you are transfering everything from one tank to the other in the long run just do it outright. the bioload is the same no matter what tank its in. or are you planning to keep some of the fish in the first tank? what is your current stock list in what tank size? what is the new tank size and what are you planning to keep in each tank? you need to provide more information for the correct informative response you are looking for.
