Just moved him acorss 30 mins ago, hes loving it exploring everywhere, sorry for the poor pix

Hes had loads of tanks in the past 15 months, started out in a

Rio 300
then a 4x2x2
5x2x2
6x2x2 and now this, he'll get a 6x2x2 when hes bogger though, he didnt use the space.

honestly,a WAL can live in a 6x2x2 for life.
they turn easily and dont seem to stunt when theyre in a tank that small compared to themselves.
ive seen fully grown ones in 4x2x2 and looking very healthy.

Thanks for that , i might put that on my list of what to do with my spare 4x2x2Foot tank . I was going to fill with Angel with and Barbs but now not 100% sure what to do with the tank .

If i did get one i would need to think about tank mates for him . A bit more research for me i guess .

You won't need tankmates. Lungfish are very personable, and beligerent.

most lungfish try to bite anything around them...
however,both me and bruce have had WALs with tankmates.
