new tank for the gf

yeah its cycled been running it about a week now used water and some doner sponge from my tank all the prameters are fine the ph is at 7.6 so have to keep that in mind no puffers i want her to look after the tank so i can get her to agree on a bigger tank next year
 
Wow that is a small tank. I would do cardinals since they are a little more hardier than neons and have lots of color. Do a couple of corys and tell her see they winked at you. LOL These little cats will actually do just that.
 
I was going to say a dwarf puffer but they are not the easiest to keep. I would agree with everyone els, a nice male betta with some itty bitty corey's. It will give her a chance to make mistakes and not be discouraged by owning a hard to keep fish. If she digs it you will know soon enough, she will be doing all kinds of stuff to her tank and then "I need a bigger tank" will happen etc. Good luck!
 
A school of neon tetras would look so cool. Or some glo-fish with a black light...........

well its all set up now we got some tetras 2 guppies and a platty sorry for the bad pics there off my phone and thanks for all the suggestions
