Okay cool the dimensions are 24 by 24 by 13 and the fixture has two bulbs what do you think??

That's 24" x 24" x 13" (LxHxW), right? If that's the case and taking the lighting into consideration, you might be able to do some low light corals in there. Get it set-up, cycled, and under control, then try adding a a mushroom coral frag or a frag of another low light coral; check out the stickies in the coral section for more ideas.

Yes that is the case and okay cool that's what I was planning was getting it established first and then adding if I wanted to I need special lightbulbs for it right?? And okay ill take a look at those thanks can anyone else tell me about my tank and the filtration and pump situation
