What about a good sized grammode? he could probably hold his own against the red devil... u might need a divider tho to avoid a war zone.

Grammodes are a tad bit reclusive. I think it probably wouldn't be a great match up. Trust me try the convicts or better yet a salvini. I had a little auratus with one and he did well to, but the problem is they are african which isn't a great/natural mix. I had 5 red devils until 2 days ago. They are a huge pain in the back side with tank mates. I kept 2 of the most passive ones and they are currently in a community setup.

YOU CAN PUT A L 113 GIGAS PLECO IN THERE NOT SURE IF HE WILL KILL YOUR DEVIL BUT THE GIGAS WILL DO GOOD.

you could try a larger raphael cat but they hide during the day..
