New tank, Odd dimensions

I went to my lfs and the guy said maybe if anything maybe a rtc and big pacu.
They also have a 13" Buttikoferi he said he'd let go cheap. Oh and about the tank, it was from a local marine research/biology lab. Thx, i'll keep you posted.
 
Your LFS guy has no clue what he is talking about if that is the fish he reccomended. RTC andPacu are way to big and the Buttikoferi will destroy your RD.
 
That is what i thought about the rtc. I really wouldnt want to get one to just have to turn around and get rid of it in a little while, as for the pacu, i think too plain really.But as for the buttikoferi i had no idea. thx
 
i think i found a solution, a fluval 4 plus underwater filter that will help with water circulation as well as provide another filter
 
I like the combination of ugf and external filtration, I like to run them on different electrical circuits so one tripped circuit breaker doesn't crash the tank.
 
A powerhead on the ugf should keep the water moving nicely, along with an external filter, yeah.

I was thinking angelfish in that tank too, kinda small footprint for your RD, hope he likes it. The archerfish idea would work great, I need to find a tank those demensions, must be custom built.

YEAH baby I finally got this thing up and runnin'. Only to be taken down in a little while. I came across a 180 gal. the other day and I think I will be putting the fish in that and the beaded dragon in this tank. But yea, here are some preliminary pics. been setup for 36 hours now.
