i was wrong on my prices i did my math wrong, i will still check the ones you've listed... you think i should bolt the frame together and not weld it together and just leave the top of the frame to be made with a sheet iron insead of angel?...i went with the 30" hight and 6' width so it could still fit through a door...you suggest to bolt through the plywood to assemble the frame, i would have to seal each bolt with the dow 795 as well correct...and if that is the case does dow come off so i would be able to disassemble it? as for the wood part i just thought about maybe glassing or pond amor each panel and dow 795 them together like a glass tank is made...would it work and hold?
