New tank setup

Currently I’m in the process of setting up two new tanks. A 33g long tank and a 20g long tank both on the same stand

I have a 30g and 10g on my kitchen counter currently and they are much to heavy for the counter and the counter is bending under the weight.Both tanks will be upgraded slightly and the old tank sold.

the current tank occupants will be moved into the new tanks.

I have the next few Weeks off and will be working on this task

Attached is the 33g long tank and stand. I still need to purchase the 20g long tank

Nice! The 125 liter long is very underrated imo.
Same footprint as the very popular 208 liter but perfect for situations where something like a 208 liter is too heavy.

I love the 33 long footprint.
On its matching stand it looks great. Look forward to see it fully installed and with the 20g and your fish below.

The stand was a custom build for height, length, and the shelf for the second stand. I’ve been planning this for well over a year and I had a couple of builders fail to actually build the stand for me so I finally found someone will to build it for me
 
Aaaah...the delicious anticipation of a new tank filling up for the first time...nothing like it!

The stand looks well-designed and solid; much more so than many of the DIY jobs we see on here.

Unfortunately this is as far as I can go until December 27th as I’m away ☺️

thank you, the guy who built it for me did a fantastic job, this was his second stand build
