true, but a 75 and a 120 are leaps and bounds in what you can keep in them.

12 mbuna in a 55 would work perfect. I have 3 adult boreleyi haps and 3 yellow l4 feulleborni and a 10 inch synodontis angeleicus in a 55 and there are no promblems whatsoever.

here is what you got to do is be the ball! first go get the 120 or 90 i to have a 2 year old doughter and a 7 month old doughter dont try to convince your wife to let you get it just go and get it.

what type of floor is it sitting on? Lot of weight unless you are on the ground floor, my 150g weighs 2000lbs

Yes I know how this is as well. At first I would say hey, go with the 75 but then it doesnt matter too much because the only difference between the 75 and 90 is the 90 is 4 inches taller.

right but for the cost, is it really going to make a difference having those 4 inches of tank space? i'm not buying new so i will have to see what comes along. a 75 or a 90 seems really close, so if i see a 75 for a good price, i don't think i would turn it down to find a 90

am i pretty much right for what i'm keeping? mbunas seem happier in the mid to lower level of the tank, so wouldn't i be wasting money getting a taller tank?
