new tank stocking help

I can get a congo from my lfs.
but...
I'd rather have a red eye or .... arrowhead
but can't seem to find any online sources and can't get them local
I really want a puffer for the 30 now.

Well... puffers are a little out of my league, so I can't really tell you anything about them. It does sound like a pretty cool idea though.
Just... umm... don't tease him and make him puff up all the time
