I got this tank for $30 from the owner of my lfs. He had it custom made. The dimensions are 18"wide x 24" tall x 36" long. It is about 65 gallons. It used to be a saltwater tank. So it is still a little crusty from all the saltwater.

*Notice the side skirts that cover all of the pipes coming out of the sides.

I don't know what I am going to do with all of the intakes and outtakes that are coming in and out of the tank. I might just plug them and put in a overflow.

Sweat score! What are your plans on stocking? I used CLR to get that SW gunk off and it worked pretty well on GLASS. Not sure about acrylic...
 
What is CLR. I was thinking about maybe doing an intense planted tanks with some exodons. I'm not sure if they are legal California though.

CLR is a calcium and lime remover. I believe that is what the letters stand for anyway. Just MAKE SURE you use the GREY bottle. It was suggested to me by one of the other members of this site. Worked great for me. Just rinse, rinse, rinse then do rinse it again to make sure there are no trace elements left when you are done. It is a cleaning agent after all.
 
You know it's a pretty monster site when I get the biggest tank I've ever owned and one of the comments on it are "that would make a great wet/dry" lmao.
 
nice I have learned that you don't buy from salt guys lol There stuff is allways hrad to clena I have done it twice and it sucks lol but CLR does work good.

hahahaha. ya I need to get some CLR. Do you guys have any idea on how to plug holes in acrylic. I really want to plug all the weird intake out takes and wut not on the sides(pics 2 and 4) and put on overflow in the middle back or one of the croners.
