hahahaha. ya I need to get some CLR. Do you guys have any idea on how to plug holes in acrylic. I really want to plug all the weird intake out takes and wut not on the sides(pics 2 and 4) and put on overflow in the middle back or one of the croners.

Glue another piece of acrylic over each hole

What you can do is take out all the tubes and bulkheads. Than take a piece of acrylic that's bigger than the hole. Clean around the hole in the tank and use acrylic bond to glue it to the tank. Basically, the acrylic bond turns 2 pieces of acrylic into one. You have to get the acrylic piece over the hole correctly the first time because the acrylic bond will work instantly. The Doctor.

Ok thanks. That is probably what I will do. How thick do you think the acrylic should be. I may also just get one whole sheet of acrylic to lay down on the inside of each wall.

I don't even think it was a store tank it was the owners private tank. Me and my brother went in to get 4 or 5 10gallon tanks to breed guppies and came out with this.

nice pick up, you should see if you could use some of those inputs/outputs for canister filters etc before you seal them over.

That was another option I was thinking about. If I use a canister would I still want to use a sump or is that optional.

I don't think you need a really thick piece of acrylic but I really don't know. A whole piece of acrylic on each wall that has holes might look a little better. Let us know what you did. The Doctor

I'll definitely let you guys know what I am going to do. Right now I am slowly selling fish back to the stores to build up some store credit and breaking down some tanks to make room for this one. I just broke down my 15 gallon saltwater tank.
