I bought them from rainforest international fish farm and I paid $205 for both what would u recommend me to feed him?

yikes, that poor first ray is a gonner. Second ray is skinny. Tank is too small, decor and substrate are wrong...sorry to be a bummer. Just being honest.
Read read and read up on caring for pups, have to disagree with the death curl = death 100% with proper care a pup can make a come back it seems its curling in the front only, I brought a small retic that curled bad all around when I brought her home then she settled but stayed curled in the front like yours but also couldnt keep her rear flaps down either also got a small infection from tail breakin off, after a stressful week and a half for both me and the ray with proper care and adjusting everything she went back to normal and finaly started eating today blood worms and small pieces of nightcrawlers at that, didnt even have to go to black worms. So try your honest best to care for your ray no matter how much you paid or even if you got it for free like I did lol... good luck you can do it...
Lookin back at the pick yeah it is all around no worry well yeah worry try moving to another tank with no tank mates but maybe the other ray depending on how that one is doing in the current tank, with sand and low current lights off med if wild caught or if tail shows signs of infection... just my opinion... update later how its settling...
I'd start with some frozen bloodworms. I've never had a new ray that did not love those.
Then, once they are eating, introduce other foods; krill, earthworms - all the usual stuff.
Tank and conditions look filthy and dirty.

i'm surprised no one has noticed that this guy lives in california and we've previously warned him that rays are illegal in his state. obviously he doesn't listen.
