Interesting, I thought it was a managuensis/ Mota hybrid. Personally.

But I’ve seen them as both La ceiba Fred’s and lA ceiba jags.

I say multifasciatus because that seems to be a likely candidate for the parent that would contribute the small size and barring. Managuensis would likely result in larger and more solid colored fish

I wouldn't consider it a "natural" hybrid, but a man induced feral hybrid, because managuense seems to have been intentionally introduced, as "good eatin" .
Multifasciatus is also a possibility for the same reason in that case
Since motaguensis gets like 16" and managuensis can get 24", I don't think it would make sense for their offspring to be smaller than either parent
