If he's already claiming that large of a tank you are in for some trouble down the road if you keep other fish with him. Mine don't like anyone but the female he's with and even sometimes he won't tolerate her. Mine also would snack on the danios I kept with him

Yeah I know, he is going into a separate tank further down the line, I just wanted to get him growing good and eating good first, he might go into a 60 gallon later on or worst case scenario a 55 gallon. Not too bothered, I have him in with fish a lot smaller Than him and no damage has been done. My 2 inch indo datnoids rule him more than anything.. he is claiming space but is certainly not on the top of the totem pole in that tank.

Thai Silks level of aggression is very high. I have kept a female for over a year now and my buddy had a big male for quite some time. Incorporate vegetable into their food as soon as possible as this FH's weakest trait is there stomachs and intestines. They need high vegetable to keep there digestive tracts clean. After my time with the Thai Silks and my buddies time with them I have to say ultimately I'm not a fan of this strain. They just seem genetically weak to me with all the health issues they have and how one day they are doing great and then the next day they are starting to waste away.
 
Well so far mine is great. He is in his own tank and is doing great. He even started to get a bigger kok sorry for sideways pics
