I'm trying to figure out what i should do. My one auratus got killed so I'm taking that fish back. The bumblebee seems fine from what I've seen. I have a frontosa that I was going to bring back and get credit back or i was gonna buy another but at $17 a piece it might be able to take him back since i cant afford 5 of them.

no more auratus, very aggressive as everyone has mentioned before. avoid kenyi Get more red zebras, more yellow labs and try also some electric blue. One of my favorites is the yellow tail acei (pseudotropheus acei) they are not aggressive and will mix well with the others. I know that many fish stores have cichlids that do not look that great in color, but experience has proven that once you get them home, and onto a superior diet they will brighten up and will look much better than in a fish store.
