New Tire Track

Oh tiretracks, I used to have one, got to about 1.5 feet and jumped out of the tank :(
I bought him when he was about 4" and he got big really fast. I never had success with feeding him sinking pellets, although I have heard it is possible. I was using the Hikari carnivore pellets and it was a no go. How much I miss the guy. I recently bought a polypterus and the guy at the fish store was advertising them as weather loaches...I knew it wasn't a loach but I did know it was a polypterus, now I just have to figure out which one I bough.
Good luck with ur TT... they get big quick, those tetras will be dinner soon.

He'll be in the big tank when he's able to eat the tetras. Congrats on the Poly. Can you post any pics of it? I just get me an Endli for $19. :headbang2
He's only wanting live too. Luckily he likes worms & those I have an endless supply. Now, if I can get the TT to take them I'll be good to go.
 
That tire track has a very nice pattern Nice pick up
 
I kept a peacock and a fire eel together for about 2 year's with no problem's ,my peacock died (not from the fire eel) but i love my fire i even named him "ferris" sad i know.

Yup, here is a pic.. I found out it was a senegalus, he is eating shrimp pellets right now and is about 4.5 inches.

very nice pattern , reminds of mine. He was easidly the star of my tank back then :D
