50 tall is pretty small to be mixing groups of different species. Personally, I'd pick a species and get one or three males, and 12 females. Order some saulosi, the males are blue like a demasoni, and the females are bright yellow. So that would give you your colors. Add a couple petricola catfish, they have white on 'em.

I was surprised to. But he's a bastard. They will all be going in different tanks soon. They are just in the 125 grow out so they dont get eaten. And the acei just lives to eat.

Cool, mine ruled the tank, and was the most aggressive fish in their. The thing was a pig, about 5 inches. He ended up dying of a tank crash right before I moved him over to the 125. Out of about 8 fish, only had my livingstonii, rusty, and bristlenose pleco survive. Sucked because I had just beaten a bout of columnaris.

Livingstonii are bad ass. I had one for a while till it started really fighting with my Male peacock so I gave him to a friend. He's almost about 10 inches and happy as can be in a 280

I'm gonna shuffle tanks around this weekend and put him and his 2 females in a 75 by themselves and see if they breed more.

Nice looking fish! Yeah, the livingstonii is my favorite out of the group. He is about 5 inches. He is top dog in the 125, and was the main reason for my tank upgrade. Waiting for him and my venustus to hit top size.
