Thanks for helping me out Bderick67. My cichlids range from 2.5-14 inches. So it sounds like it would be best to put it in the 72g bowfronts for a few months.

Seems most of the black arowanas I'm seeing for sale lately are in the 1' range, but you still might be better off letting it put some size on in your discus tank (assuming you don't have a school of cardinals or something that might end up lunch).

Babies may start showing up soon though, so if you want to start with a baby you might be able to.
