It definitely doesn't look like any lap I've ever seen. I wanna say its a congi or ansorgii but its way too washed out to tell.

Edit: after looking again, I'm leaning more towards ansorgii. It's just too hard to tell without being able to see the patterns. And yes, it's a lower jaw poly
