I have a 210G and I got rid of my 3 Emperor 400's. Loved them but I wanted to try a canister. I got an FX6 and will have 6 2-3" baby cichlids. I was used to hang on filters supplying oxygen via overflow but now this will all be under water. What do you guys do for oxygen. Do I need a air pump and air stones? Thanks

For six 2-3" fish in that 210, you'll be fine for awhile. Should they exceed 12", you may want to add an air stone or 2.
Its all about surface agitation. You just have to direct the FX's output spout slightly towards the water's surface to create agitation, to increase O2 exchange.
Personally, I no longer use air stones. I just direct all my filters output to agitate the surface. All that being said, it would never hurt to run an air stone.

Ripples will be fine for now, then you'll want waves when they reach around 7" mark.
