Even if you purchase the fish today, you prob won’t get it for a couple of week. There’s still transhipping from Thailand to America. Then a couple days at transhipper before they get rebag and deliver. Anyway, its a nice solid fish, ask for a natural pic, the one you posted look photoshopped.

If you do import from Asia, you need to also consider the transshipping and over night shipping cost. It is typically $70 and higher, depends on the size of the fish.

Wow!! such beautiful fish!! Those are my two picks, either AMG flowerhorn or sirinya but I think i'm leaning toward the take5s. I will ask her for another picture and video of the fish. well that's good news.. I have a 150 gallon built into the bar that needed some serious TLC. so i'm on the process of about the 8th water changer so knowing it takes a some time to get it gives me more time to get my tank going strong. can anyone give me some tips on what products/steps i need to take before having my flowerhorn so that I can make sure he's healthy? I saw on the facebook page methylne blue and some aquarium salt but I also wanted to do a deworm so if you guys could guide me to certain products that would be great.

500 is a steal, I know someone who bought from them for 2000. Shipping usually depends on the transhipper, if its from nimit or Julie in the west coast, they have shipment every wed and sat. then over night shipping through ups is 45-55. If its thru east coast or mid west that depends on the one you will be using.

Here is the video she sent me as well

Don't buy it. It is not worth $500 to $1000. Just buy from suriyun umtungpong and use julie as transhipper. Take5 want too much money and not worth it. Ask julie if she has 9.9 kamfa. She sell them for less than what Take5 want.

The 9.9 isn't the same as before. Take5 has more better flowerhorn from my experience with both 9.9 and take5. Better yet ask for the videos of the parents. As for a starter flowerhorn maybe you want to try a cheaper one so you wont feel bad on buying something expensive.
