New to Large fish, but not to the hobby...

Whats ATF P_P?
Oh redtailfool, the issues I have had with dats are that since they are a lurking predatory fish they constantly hide when ever they have the chance. I have had a pair of dats (few years back) that tore up my nice plecos (1 blizzard cactus 8 inches & a sunshine that was a foot) luckly atleast the blizzard survived but the sunshine was gone. The dats liked the spots that each of those plecs would hide in and each one claimed a cave but they didnt want to share it with the plecs. I ended up bringing them to a store and gave them away.

Unless it is a species tank I would never get dats again, but thats just me.~Tihsho~
African Tigers remind me too much of dats. Actually if I'm not mistaken they are in the same family.
