honestly, look on the forum if you want good quality and reasonably priced stuff.
i honestly wish i found this forum before i bought like 3 tanks before i realized that there are some darn good deals to be found here.
go ask house_64 (sean) if he has anything for sale. tell him ewok referred you.
welcome to the area. what kind of fish are you looking for?

decent priced fish supplies , good priced fish, healthy fish, decent priced tanks

Check out Toms on Del Amo and Long Beach Blvd, it'll be on the left hand side in a strip mall called Camelot of something, kinda in the hood but good fish.

Oh and 7th and Cherry isn't by the ghetto, it's pretty much in it.....HAHAHA. Naw im playing but your like 2 blocks from the hood.

Anyway, there's also the place called 7 Sea's on Del Amo and Bellflower, if you go up del amo toward bellflower, it's on your right, before a gas station....Don't know addresses, but you can PM me for more information......

*Pet World right off the 91 fwy at the Long beach Blvd exit in the city of Long Beach.

*Tom, Tropical near the intersection of Del Amo Blvd and Long beach Blvd in a strip mall in the city of Long Beach.

*Tiki's Tropical near the intersection of Alondra Blvd and Bellflower Blvd in the city of Bellflower.

*Aquatic Haven on the corner of Artesia Blvd and Orange Blvd in the city of Long Beach.

......just a few of my local fish store spots, as i am also from long beach. hope these are helpful, you can look them up on Yahoo as well. but in my opinion, the buy/sell forum here has the best prices and deals.

Don't know if anyone asked (did not read all the feed back) but what kind of fish are you looking for... Oddballs, common, teeth, cichlid, etc...
We might be able to direct you better, or someone here might have what your looking for.
The plus about getting fish from MFK is that 90% of the fish have been cared for and so should be in good health (unless told diff), and LFS you kind of have to know what to look for. Just my 2 cents :)
