New to MFK and interested in keeping a ray

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Ok, so, original poster here :naughty:

I'm a little lost at this point, but basically what I think I've got is that I SHOULD NOT attempt a blue spot, but a cortez or california round would be alright for a 5'X2.5' tank with minimal rock that is kept between 78 and 80 degrees and will include coral and non aggressive tankmates. Does this sound right or am I missing stuff (easy to do in this thread at this point).

If you are thinking about a Cal. Rd. 78-80 wouild be ok if they were from the sea of cortez but you would have to find that out and like we said before plan on upgrading size wize in a while for the rays.
