what does thaty have to do with anything:confused:  :screwy:

The fact that large_cichlids is telling me to get a life.. when he doesn't know the circumstances I am under.

For rd/midas a 75 gallon is the minimum tank needed. It gives you so many more options than a 55 does also.. for a small amount more.

I am glad I am pushing his buttons, maybe one day he will learn how to properly take care of his fish. I feel bad for the pike that is in with his dovii now.

Thread summary:

Minimum 75gal for a Midas/RD....!!!!

REDKID!!! & large_cichlids are related :WHOA: or somehow telepathically linked and like to keep large fish in small tanks......:nilly:

It is unclear if there is a pond or not......

Certainly is an active thread....:headbang2

I would say a good minnimum is a 55. Ideal? No. But the fish can live a healthy life in a 55 if it is taken care of. This is minnimum, not recomended. Working in a petstore, I would rather sell that baby red devil to someone with a 55 over waiting and hoping someone comes along with a 75.

Bascially yes..

ok i'm not sure you ppl like arguing with a 13 year old maybe you think cuz i'm young i dont know how to properly take care of fish?? If not i will gladly invite you to my moms house to look at my tanks then we can go to my dads house and look at me tank there.. i have 9 established tank that are in great condition. I do have one tank that is eventually goin to be over crowded once the fish in there exceed 6 inches but i'm using that as a grow out. Also to make these little stupid comments like were related some how is stupid and immature.. i'm just tired of seeing all of you constantley downsizing him in nearly every thread he makes. He is just trying to further knowledge himself to make him self a better fish keeper and being patient with him might pay off if you actually try it.

i also have all my plans set out for when the fish get to big for the tank so unless you know the whole story i dont think you should say i like to keep large fish in small tanks

Then he (and his brother or cousin or whatever) should review their "best practices" manual and "conform" to some more commonly held minimum tank sizes. Better to recommend too big then too small.....;)

(having some fun here lol...:chillpill: )

Whats is wrong with you dude..... your not contributing to this post your just causin more trouble and your being really immature how old are you by the way? i'm guessing a 18-25 if so i doubt you have a life and need to get one. And i get the tanks i can afford and those tanks are sufficient for the fish until i can get a bigger tank for them

Well, as I put my hand over my chest I can feel my heart beating, so therefore I am alive, and I would assume that means that I have a "life" (I have a wife and kids too lol...)
