Passer Angelfish I know nothing about these guys. Does it say they can fit in a 125g? Then they should be okay.
Blue Line Grouper Same as above.
Whitecheek Tang I know nothing about this fish, its just as hard for me to research it as it is you. It is also recommended that you not keep more than one tang together in the same tank unless they have dissimilar body shapes.
Richmond's Wrasse This would work in a 125g.
Zebra Moray Eel Ashlee might be able to comment on this, I have never kept an eel.
Heniochus Black & White Butterflyfish This should work in a 125.
Powder Brown Tang This should work in a 125...but they are aggressive...same tang notes as above.
Sailfin Tang Too big for a 125g...same tang notes as above.
Red Coris Wrasse No problem.
Harlequin Tuskfish No problem. About the minimum tank size I would want for mine though.
Halfmoon Triggerfish From what I have read from other posts this should work in a 125g.
Assasi Triggerfish No idea...some triggerfishes dont mix well though.
Stars n' Stripes Pufferfish I know nothing about this fish. Some people say that puffers shouldnt be kept with more aggressive feeders. I have seen it done though.

Point of the story is this. YOU need to put in the effort and the research to know what you CAN and CANNOT do...then you can come to us...

"Heres what I want to stock...they should all work...I am wondering if X specie with get along with X specie?"

"Will this guy get too big for my 125g? Its the 6' variety."

"Will I have trouble keeping these two (specific) tangs together?"

Ect...ect...Im not trying to be rough on you, but people arent going to go out and do ALL the research for you. You need to lay the base work so you can ask better questions like the ones I have outlined above. Or anything else you can think of. But a list of common names just asking if you can throw them in a tank together leaves all the work up to us, and doesnt give us much information.

+1. Find a starting point for yourself based on where you want to go, and work through compatibility and requirements as you go. If you want FOWLR then you have a little more stocking options fish wise than if you want to go all out reef.
As I mentioned earlier. There is hours of reading ahead to get you where you want to go.

Passer Angelfish feed 3 times daily, include angelfish food b/c it contains sponges, apparently they need them
Blue Line Grouper i dont really know, im pretty sure they're cave dwellers
Whitecheek Tang i dont really know either, but should be fine, just watch aggression to other acanthurus tangs
Richmond's Wrasse fine
Zebra Moray Eel mostly crustacean eater, use a feeding stick
Heniochus Black & White Butterflyfish mostly herbivorous
Powder Brown Tang same as whitecheek
Sailfin Tang will eventually be too big
Red Coris Wrasse just fine
Harlequin Tuskfishfine, australian has better colors
Halfmoon Triggerfish http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1892246 this guys got one
Assasi Triggerfish like other triggers
Stars n' Stripes Pufferfish
can get big, a restaurant near me has one thats at least 18 inches and fat af

honestly it all depends, like when u say a fish is too small, its usually because ur talking about the adult size, i mean, u could have a paima in ur tank, but only to a certain size

when YOU feel that your fish could be happier or needs more room, its time to either upgrade or rehome

So now that you know a little bit more...what questions are you asking?

I will tell you this...not all those fish are going to live to maturity in a 125g. :D
