wow tat is some insane ***** the video... hoplias aimara... scientific name 4 wolf fish?

I've read in this very thread that a 90g tank won't be suitable for a snakehead. I just got my very first snakehead (channa micropeltes) yesterday and I placed it in my 125g tank, I hope that size would be enough because that's the biggest tank I have. Thanks in advance for the helpful replies!

Sorry, but you WILL need a bigger tank down the road!
I would say at least a 300-400 gallon tank for one, preferably even bigger!
They might not grow to 1m (but then again they just might), but they will easily reach 60+cm.
They are great fish though, good luck with them.

it's normally recommended that you need at least a 72"x36"x24"high tank for one micro and alot of aquarists on this site and elsewhere keep them in much larger systems as they grow fast and easily hit 36" in length, this is 225 uk gallons

I will have to plan for that huge tank then 300-400gallons, never had a tank that big. For now, i will keep them in my 125g. Thanks alot for the replies.
