Another turt and tort owner here First of as allready stated you should skip the letuce and the oranges(to acidic) and reduce the pineaple. Insted give him papaya, mango ,grapes, bananas, greens beans, collard greens, mustard greens, water cress, kale, turnip greens, chycory greens and strawberrys. As for the enclosure I dont recomend a tortoise pen Thouse and other open enclosures are better for grassland tortoises like sulcatas and leopards, as they dont hold heat and moist very well. What you need is a large glass tank or some sort of green house kind of enclosure as this guys like it moist and warm. A good substrate is ligthly moist coconut fiber a few inches deep. You need a 60 w basking ligth (for day), a heat pad for nigth and nice uv ligth like zoomeds iguana ligth.
No raisins. If your using a good size one it wont, at least is better then being in a open enclosure. When he grows bigger you have to build a bigger terrarium for it as a glass tank is only temporary. Use some nice large peaces of cork so that your tortoise may hide, plastic plants and flat smood rocks are good adicions also
