New to the site, have question about a gar.

99% of the Spotted Gars in the hobby are really Florida Gars. Spotteds are rare and it's usually a safe bet to rule them out unless it was purchased as a Spotted from a reputable supplier. Not to mention, that it looks like a pretty typical Florida. Very nice fish none the less.

Aha yeah I tought you saw a difference on the fish then I would be really amazed lol

Yea I was wrong, it is a spotted or Florida gar, it did look a lot like my alligator gar in the pic and it was 6am when I see it lol

Thats not a gator. Its a Florida
