Hey guys i'm new to the site and fairly new to africans i just bought a 180 from a guy but i have alot of guys im thinking of getting rid of but anyways i'm thining of adding a frontosa or something wondering if anyone had any good ideas, also and good ideas of where i can get the best deal on some slabs of limestone? i'll be sure to post some pics soon of the new tank and the kids.

NO prolly not just one to add a little more flavor, i appreciate everyones advise i'll head to the garden stores this afternoon and i'm still open for any ideas i'll try to get those pics posted soon

what kind of africans do you have in the tank right now? malawi or tanganyikan? big difference between the two. Some people mix them, I however am a firm believer in not mixing lake species. Can't wait to see the pics.
welcome

actually we measured his tank and it is actaully just a 150g, but still big. We also just came into about 50-60 different zebra coloration. they are between 1/2in to 5in! We got then from a lady who had over a hundred in her 75g :WHOA: But they all looked great, she had som much filtration and decor in the tank it was crazy. The big 5inchers, which there were like 50 of them alone swam in a big school. Now we have to get rid of them and the store we thought would take them said no, hes a scientist not a business man, and we have one place left. So if anyone wants these dudes just let me or CDF know and we can send you pics, the store guy called them something like scopius (sp) zebra or something starting with an "S" and then zebra. There possible is a few yellow labs also. By the way CDF and i both work the fish department at our local Petsmart, he's better than i am with africans i stick to the true MONSTERS!!!:headbang2
