THE THIRD PIC IS FROM THE TOP! HES JUST KINDA FLOATIN AROUND, AND THE OSCAR IS DOIN BARREL ROLLS! I DONT KNOW WHY OR WHAT TO DO!

Is your tank fully cycled? How long has it been set up?
Test your water - pH, ammonia, nitrIte, nitrAte asap!
Sounds like big water quality problems.
Probably you will need to do a large (ie 50%) emergency water change. If you haven't changed water in a while, 25% daily would be safer to avoid shocking your fish but i'm guessing may not be enough at this stage. Make sure you use a dechlorinator.

Research the needs of those species of fish - there's plenty of info on the interweb.
Be prepared to upgrade to a much larger tank in the very near future!

Good luck!

New 20g tank, heavily stocked, oscar doing barrel rolls, arowana floating at surface!

I think the main priority here is water quality not feeding!

agreed, if we knew the water quality than we could help you out. if the tanks cycled maybe its because no water changes, or not enough filteration.

Yep. Get those tests done and we will be able to point you in the right direction. The sooner you know what's going on with your water the better the chance of saving your fish.

If the water parameters are in check have you noticed him getting picked on. A 2.5" aro will get be dead in no time living with cichlids.
