This is what she looked like when previous fish tried to court her like 3-4 months ago. Back to looking for a nice male trimac for her now.
I saw it's pricey though. A place by me Sharks Aquarium has a beast also for like half the price. But sometimes I like finding a few and growing them out as well.
Scratch that, shes just a female ZZ Flowerhorn. She doesn't look pure Trimac but I could be wrong.
??? which, the little fish is the one in question. the big fish (female) is not..
we have come to the conclusion the little fish isnt a trimac.
I'm pretty lucky both these places are 20-30 minutes away tops. They have pretty much the same stocks or better than any online retailer.

The owner of sharks actually has expeditions to Rio Nannay Black Water Tributaries - Upper Amazon River Basin, but my fish was labeled as from Rio Camecha MX, This was a year ago or so mighta mis spelled that one a lil haha.
About 90% of my fish have come from either Jeff Rapps or George at SA. If George told you it was wild cought and gave you the location I would consider it valid.
