I work at a repo lot. I get damaged cars and trucks for cheaper than junk cars. I payed $1,300 for my stealth, and am paying around $800 for either the truck.

id buy the dodge and shove a cummins in it, or if your on the cheap a simple 360.

get the s10 you can make it run sweet with the small block. v10s always have troubles, i have yet to see one last a while, they always crap out.

We have all kinds of engines up at the lot I can use, but we dont have any diesel engines available.

I was never impressed by the S10 but if it had a 350 it would be cool. But a Dodge with a 440 is also a good option. the 350 is easier to get parts for and also more common and cheaper. The 350 is cheaper to build up as well. This is the only time the Chevy S10 extreme would be my choice. Besides this they are overpriced and under powered
