izzy_here and the other are right. i say you listen to them and lower the water. ive kept 2 stinkpot and 2 razorback and in the beginning i put them in my 55 gallon and they couldnt swim so i got some input and move them to water level around 1-2 inch and they are still alive today.
stinkpot/musk arent really good swimmer, so they have a higher chance of drowning because they dont have enough time to swim up, and esp with hatchling, its even worse! so i suggest you lower the water. if you want to keep fish and turtle, get a fully aquatic turtle. Or if you want to keep the musk, grow it out first then put them in later
