prob. just a female. females usually have a lot more orange than males. this is not always true, but it does apply the majority of the time with regular cons.

that one looks better but there must be some huge amount of color i'm missing because it still kind looks like a normal convict
 
i like them. they look like metallic hrp's because theyre so blue.
