+1 Gotta agree they look like "BlueBerry Oscars" and as supergourami said if they are BlueBerries they're usually Albino O's dyed blue. The dying process involves the complete stripping of the slime coat to get the color to take and while they do grow a new one it never comes back as well as their initial slime coat. As such the fish are invariably stunted and very susceptible disease, so keeping them long term can be problematic to say the least. Also as supergourami said the color fades as they grow and they revert back to Albino O coloration, making any appeal they might have diminished beyond redemption in my opinion.im not certain but it looks like the fish was painted or "blueberry Oscar" if it is painted it will likely not live long but some surivive and the paint eventually wears off and they look normal again
