i got a wet dry media holder thing a hob over flow, and a preteen skimmer. i traded for some stuff i had in my garage. the media holder fits in a 10 gallon tank i was wondering if a 10 gallon sump is way too small for a 90 i know its only a ninth of the tank. i was also wondering what size sump is good for a 90 and where to get a new j tube for my hob.

i just ordered an ac 500 (110) and if thats not enough i will get another. i think the sump will just be bio filtration.

Damm it i had a good prepeen joke but you ruened it, i hate you now :( ...

I would always go with 1/8 - 1/4 the size of the tank for the sump, like a 30ish gallon would be nice...

okay any body ever made a plywood sump? seems easy enough make a box put in pond liner right?

im thinking a cooler. my mom suggested it this morning while we were discussing sumps. it seems good enough. you can get them big they are fish safe. low heat transfer meaning the room will stay cooler its going in a bed room.
