I had to go all CSI on this picture to be sure.
I'm going with vittatus. The adipose appears to be black tipped, which is a VATF trait. TATF would have a solid black adipose fin. There aslo appears to be only two lines between the LL and the pelvic fin.

For reference, here's a young VATF for comparison:

VATF is still definitely much more common than tanzaniae. I like to think of tanzaniae as a VATF heavy, kinda like an SVT Cobra is compared to a Mustang GT. lol
