Yes such an amazing specimen. The sumo size goliaths have not come in this season yet, if I get ahold of any images I will definitely post them up @mhdevelopment

Lol yeah. It's 4.5" just looks small in the pic. He has taken shots at the loaches in the past and left some pretty bad gashes. Seems to have mellowed out a lot after I got rid of all the sd.

Seems he slowed down a bit when I put in a divider etc but has again started to feel his oats lately and is now about 14"

at what age does the VATF get the top lobe of the caudal fin yellow/red? Mine is still only red on the lower lobe, top lobe is clear

Mine doesn't have a lot of color in its top lobe yet. Seems there are variances within the vittatus group.

There is some yellow on mine but majority of the yellow gets washed away since my substrate is torpedo beach
