New veil tailed oscar

love the fish check out my avatar i had two veils that got to about 14 inches before they passed away at about 8 yrs old im planing on getting another soon. They were like bonnie and clyde once one went then a few weeks later the other passed.

Sorry to hear about your oscars I to have had the same senerio of one passing and the other passing shortly after with a pair of goldfish I had a long time ago. It was very depressing.

sad thing is i buried them in my back yard how depressing. has ne body seen or kept other veil tails like tigers ive heard of them but never seen them

ive seen these a few times yet for whatever reason ive never gotten into them. i guess its cause they are always ripped up. i bet one kept well would look very nice! nice looking guy, keep us updated

At a lfs about an hour away they had a really riped up regular red oscar, which looked very pitiful, yet somehow sold for 35 dollars.

ive seen these a few times yet for whatever reason ive never gotten into them. i guess its cause they are always ripped up. i bet one kept well would look very nice! nice looking guy, keep us updated

Have you asked you LFS to order you one? but either way regular ones are great, I have 3 regulars and 1 veil tail.
