Congrats on the Oscar. Id say they are the Poster Child of cichlids. I have yet to meet someone who has never had a Oscar at one time or another. But what makes them even better is if you raise them there entire life. They are the icon of a "wet pet" in my opinion. I have not had one for years but they catch my eyes every time I see a video or at the pet stores. Read up on them and give them the best life you can. Congrats bud.
