Just introducing myself as I am new to this paticular site.
I have been keeping saltwater reefs for years and my fish room crashed about a year ago. It was an A/C problem.
I am rebuilding my 600g tank with a Pangea background and sides, wet dry filtration. I have a large fish room that holds the tank, sumps and all equipment. Nothing is in the house. My old setup was for stony corals so I had LOTS of equipment that I have sold. I have plenty of room in there for grow out tanks and anything else I need. The room is 14.5 x 14.5 . The tank is 84" x 40" x 40".
Sumps hold around 350 gallons for a total water volume of around 800 to 850 gallons. My wet/dry filter will be custom built when I get some spare time off work. Just finished a remodel of my home so its been on the back burner. Just about to get started on putting it all back together.
I plan on keeping Central American Chiclids.
Pics before spring, I hope
