no offense meant six, just that most if the fires sound and look like a lot of health problems

Yeah, It seems that HITH is an issue quite a bit. If you look closely at the first pic behind the eye
it appears to have some pitting.

yeah, none taken and it does seem that way. Ive had no issues with mine (knock on wood). Very healthy, very active and aggressive. But for Eman, I don't know if both of those are Fires bro....could be though, but the 2nd is completely washed out if thats the case, just doesn't fit the bill all the way. Maybe, species atabapo, none fire....the first shot is definitely a fire though.

I have 3 total pikes 2 of the the one in the first pix, and the other one on the 2nd. I agree though the the 2nd pix is not a "FIRE" because it slightly different; like you said color is not as dark and the bars are not exactly the same...

thanks JOey. I dunno about takin better pix though.. Seem you dont throw up enough pix...Gotta use that cannon of yours homie

It seems like these atabapos and tapajos II are pretty close. I am still trying to figure out what I have. My pikes look like the ones in the 2nd pic.

After looking more closely, im going to say the 2nd are definitely Trapajo's II's based on the slender build, and jaw/head structure. Looks like it is just going to start going through it's color changes here soon. Reason I say this is it is to slender to be a Cobra and different shaped then a Xingu I (pretty sure).

Also, im counting out Species atabapo based mostly on size and shape.....>Jaw and head would be much heavier looking, shorter and body would be more robust.
