thats a sick cat...what bothers me is that whenever you catch a world record, or a record, it pretty much has to be killed. That catfish is going to taste like absolute crap anyway

Actually many times these big cats end up in public aquariums or research centers.

this monster did not live to swim away. he had kept it alive until it was weighed but died shortly after. This monster will not be eaten but will be mounted. the last 2 records have come from the same stretch of river if im not mistaken.

If you think this is a big cat fish then you have not seen anything yet. With there new found food source the asian carp these fish can get big fast and I mean fast. I think in the coming years we will see catfish so big you wont want to swim in the water, I am thinking mekong size. 100 pounders being common as long as the food source stays sustained.
