that fish shouldnt really count. i have seen it before and they have a small lake that they keep catching and releasing the same fish. i think the lake gets fed by someone as well because if i remember right it is a private lake. there should be restrictions on it. i think the last time they caught that fish it was 99lbs and some change. thats like me raising a rtc in my pond and catching it after it got to be over the record and turned it in for the record.
that being said it is a big fish, but the record shouldn't be allowed to have a "pet" be a consideration for it.
