New black about 3"+, seems to have lost the black and yellow stripe color. In its "wash out phase". Swimming well, fins are perfect, barbells are perfect, and the orange tail tip is amazing. Wait for tommorrow for better pics, right now I don't wanna turn my light on and stress the black out.

FYI packaging was amazing thank you snookn21, anyone looking for cheap south american fish with cheap shipping this is your man.

He looks fine they don't hold the black and yellow coloring for very long.

I know, I didn't mean to say he looked sick or anything, I just really liked to have seen the transformation from baby black to adult blue. But at least he's kinda big (3"+) and not as fragile as a really small baby black. So far just staying still near the top near some floating plants. Tail is completely straight no drooping tail. Thinking feeding crush hikari cichlid pellets as bderick recommended.
