I had 2 tems in a 300 gallon 96x30x24 (LxWxH) by year and half mark those suckers where already at 22" body shape was still slender and lengthy I believe girth comes on later for tems. I never got a chance to keep them to full size had to get rid of them because I moved. They were part of the reason why I got a 600 gallon tank and because I suffer from ensephaCREAMlitis
