Hi.
Just getting back into the hobby after a 10 year diversion.I used to Operate an Aquaruim store in the Madison Wisconsin area and kept my fair share of large ones.A lot seems to have changes since I left the hobby.I now see that Snakeheads are illegal.We used to keep them in the guppie tanks when we had them in stock.Damn little things ate everything.My biggies were a near 6 foot Red Tail Catfish and a 2 foot Silver Arowanna.When we closed the store I kept "Herbie" (Red Tail) in a lawn pond in the livingroom of my apartment in a man made pond.Keeping big ones is fun.I am now in search of a Large Fahaka Puffer to fill my large urges as my weak spot has always been for Puffers.I also keep a 75 and 125 full of live plants, Discus, and Angels for my 18 month old to enjoy.Current project is to find an 8 foot tank to sink into my basement wall for a Puffer tank.
